The Sample Collector SAUR is synonymous with reliability, practicality, speed and economy in the collection of grains for analysis. It is a mechanism made up of an articulated arm equipped with a telescopic boom with hydraulic drive. In addition to collecting samples at the entire depth of the load (without any physical exertion), the Sample Collector expands the number of collection points, which implies a more correct qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the load. Suitable for collecting one truck at a time (on a single track).

The SAUR Rear Truck Dumper 12 meters was designed to unload single-axle trucks, box trucks and uncoupled semi-trailers of up to 45 tons. The unloading process is simple and practical and contributes significantly to reducing lines at cargo reception centers. It can be provided in a Mobile version, which can service more than one hopper thanks to lateral movement along rails.

The Metal Hopper SAUR is an optional structure for the base of the Truck Dumpers. This frame is a great economical option, as its structure provides the installation on the hopper, without civil work, saving time and investments for more complex works. Our Metal Frame makes it possible to relocate the dumper in another hopper or in another grain unit, with a low cost of transport and civil work. For the concept of an advanced bulk receiving unit, the Metal Frame is already part of the set of USOMIX SAUR items, a system made up of a Dumper, a Sample Collector, a Metal Frame, a conveyor belt and an analysis station, which can be installed in different locations, facilitating the receipt of grains in storage units. The External Booths are synonymous with excellence in dust collection, during truck unloading. Installed in dumpers of all sizes (8 to 30 m), the External Booth adapts the sector to environmental and labor requirements, as it enables a cleaner and healthier environment, by eliminating the dust generated in the unloading process. This equipment does not reduce the static capacity of the hoppers and preserves the performance of the Truck Dumpers. In 1992 SAUR sold its first USOMIX. A device far ahead of its time, which gets its second version installed in March 2021, after 29 years. USOMIX is a complete system for the transfer of grains between crop vehicles and trucks, consisting of a set of devices consisting of a dumper, a scale, a collector and a metal hopper, which allows the elimination of enclosed spaces, reduction of civil work costs and the optimization of the grain receiving process. USOMIX SAUR enables, in a single location, without a complex civil work structure, the possibility to receive, weigh, classify through sampling collection and transfer the grains to another truck. Designed to facilitate grain transportation logistics, USOMIX SAUR makes it possible for farmers to gather their bulk production into a single, larger-capacity truck, and then transfer it to a grain receiving center. Its cost/benefit deserves to be highlighted, as its initial investment is relatively low when dismissing a complex civil work. Another advantage of USOMIX SAUR is its easy removal and reassembly at different locations. As it is not installed in a complex and fixed civil work, the set of devices can be reassembled in different regions according to the seasonality of the harvests.
