A Inverter Charging Station with Panels It transfers cargo from one pallet to another – whether metal or plastic. The equipment prevents product contamination if the product is on a wooden pallet. It also performs a safe 360º rotation, eliminating the need for manual handling of the loads.
This solution is widely used in the paint market, primarily for handling drums containing paints, varnishes, and chemicals, as well as in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and chemical industries.
This version of the station, equipped with side barriers, perimeter enclosure and monitoring, provides isolation of the equipment during operation, enhancing operator safety.
With a capacity of 1.200 kg, the control is done through a fixed push-button on a pedestal with an electronic pressure selector that opens/closes the plate and reverses the load left/right. Closing and monitoring occur through a light curtain, and the automatic operation is executed through operational logic via PLC.
