Description and Application

The Triloader feeds shelves and stacks loads in very narrow aisles (1,600 to 1,800 mm), due to a 180° front rotation and forks shifting. It is also synonymous with land, construction and building maintenance (lighting, cleaning, taxes, insurance and fire protection devices) savings.

It can be adapted on forklifts from 2,500 to 4,000 kg
Forks with 180° hydraulic rotation enables access on both sides of the shelving
With forks hydraulic leveling
Forklift with solid tire is required It requires 4 hydraulic functions It uses the forklift's original forks Ii reduces the forklifts' load capacity around 50%
It uses specific mast to withstand the lateral load
Optional: Side rollers attached to the forklift frame to guide it through the aisles
The forklift being guided between rails is always kept at an even distance from the aisles
By operating the forks' shideshifting till the end, the load is placed at the correct position on the pallets.
