The initiative involved a social worker who visited various departments within the company, promoting dialogue, guidance, and reflection on emotional well-being in the workplace and in personal life.
The professional addressed topics such as the importance of recognizing feelings, respecting boundaries, seeking emotional balance, and, above all, seeking help when necessary.
Also highlighted was the availability of the Reception Room, a space created specifically to offer listening, support, and guidance to employees facing difficult times. The aim of this space is to provide a safe, confidential, and humane environment, strengthening the culture of care and well-being within the organization.
