A Metal Hopper SAUR is an optional structure for the base of Bulk Unloading Platforms (Tippers). This frame is a great cost-effective option, as its structure allows for installation on the hopper without civil works, saving time and investment in more complex projects. Our Metal Frame makes it possible to relocate the tipper to another hopper or another grain unit, with low transportation and civil works costs. For the concept of an advanced bulk receiving station, the Metal Frame is already part of the USOMIX SAUR system, which consists of a Tipper, Sample Collector, Metal Frame, conveyor belt, and analysis station, and can be installed in different locations, facilitating grain reception at storage units.
