SAUR and ASATUR hold the 2nd Risotto event to benefit the Panambi Hospital.

The 2nd Charity Risotto event in support of the Panambi Hospital, promoted by SAUR and ASATUR, was held last Saturday, November 20th, at the Lions Club headquarters in Panambi.

The initiative was supported by the local community, which purchased the cards, and by companies and institutions that partnered with the initiative. SAUR and ASATUR extend their gratitude to: Credi Vera, Com Sabor Fit, Dickow Alimentos, Stefan Dickow, Hotel Solar do Parque, Gráfica Emgrapan, Laticínios Heja, Supermercado Weidle, Floricultura Havana, Casa Festas e Embalagens, Doces Clari, Frango Campesiano, and Lions Clube Panambi.

The companies also thank the SAUR and ASATUR volunteers who assisted in the sale, organization, preparation, and delivery of the risotto.

All funds raised will be donated to the Panambi Hospital Society for investments in improving patient care.

SAUR's president, Ingrid Saur, emphasizes that the important thing about this action is realizing how many generous people there are: “Besides helping our hospital, what moves me is seeing how many supportive people we have in our community. And I was also happy to know that some companies bought cards and donated them to organizations in our municipality.”

Nestor Costa Beber, director of ASATUR, highlighted the importance of the support from society and various companies: “We were able to make this risotto event a reality because our community bought the raffle tickets and because some companies helped us with ticket sales and the acquisition of some supplies.”

Vilmar Scheer, director of the Panambi Hospital, thanks the two companies for their initiative: “Gestures of solidarity and love for others, transformed into actions, generate invaluable results for the good of all and motivate the continuation of the journey, especially in such different times. Our gratitude and recognition to SAUR and ASATUR and to the entire team of organizers of the risotto event benefiting the Panambi Hospital.”

After the card distribution time, any uncollected portions were delivered to the Novo Lar Vô Dari nursing home, the Assistência ao Idoso nursing home, and to some needy families in Panambi.
