Proposing innovations, implementing improvements, and achieving good results are essential for the development and growth of the company and society.

Based on these principles, SAUR launched the "Good Ideas Program" in July as part of its 90th-anniversary celebrations, encompassing both the company and the community. The first action of the Good Ideas Program in the Community began as a pilot program, through an event for the sanitation workers of Panambi, which took place on July 18th at AFUSA.

After learning about the "Good Ideas in the Community Program," the sanitation workers, along with SAUR employees, had a chat, sharing their professional experiences, the difficulties they faced, and offering tips for improvements regarding selective waste collection, methods for packaging organic and recyclable waste deposited on the street for collection, adherence to the collection schedule, among other suggestions shared by the event participants.

Based on the ideas presented, SAUR will assist in disseminating the suggestions within the community, aiming for the common good in terms of raising awareness about proper waste disposal and street cleaning in the municipality. In a relaxed atmosphere, the program continued with lunch and a get-together between the sanitation workers and the SAUR team.

In a very special way, SAUR thanks the sanitation workers for their presence and the participation of each one in the sharing of ideas.
