This week, the students from the SENAI Welding Course will be visiting.
The objective was to provide students with practical experience in how the welding area works at SAUR, from the employee's arrival to their development process within the company.
During the visit, the trainees were able to tour SAUR's Welding School, a space dedicated to training new employees before they enter the workplace. This facility is also used for the qualification and improvement of welders already working at the company.
Furthermore, the young people visited the welding areas, closely observing the steps and daily work routine, contributing to a greater understanding of the trade and an interest in the profession.
These initiatives reinforce SAUR's commitment to training and developing new talent, strengthening the partnership between SAUR and SENAI.
