1ST SYMPOSIUM POST-HARVEST ON GRAINS IN MINAS GERAIS

This is the first edition of the event in the State of Minas Gerais, which is promoted by ABRAPOS and will be held by COPAMIL – Cooperativa Agrícola Mista Iraí, Caramuru Alimentos and Embrapa.

The main theme of the event is Grain Quality and Storage Safety. Topics related to this theme will be presented at the event in the form of panels and lectures, such as: occupational and operational safety; grain quality in storage, including coffee; grain drying and aeration and energy consumption; pests, toxic seeds, fungi and mycotoxins; automation of units and management of grain indicators, innovation in grain classification, operational and preventive maintenance, among others, all taught by experts in the post-harvest sector.
