The central theme of this sixth edition is “Innovation in Post-harvest Grain Management”. The event features a technical program, selected by experts who are part of the organizing committee. Among these topics, the following will be addressed: classification of soybean and corn grains, operational and quality management of the storage unit, pests and mycotoxins in storage, innovation in grain drying technologies, operational safety, automation of units and use of grain residues and application examples, all taught by experts in the post-harvest sector.
