Stationary Inverter with Plates and with Closing and Perimeter Monitoring

The Stationary Inverter with Plates is a device that transfers the load from one pallet to the other, either to a metallic or plastic pallet, preventing the contamination with wood. Also, it rotates safely and eliminates the manual contact with the loads. The device can be isolated during operation, providing more safety to the operator.

This solution can be used for barrels with paint, varnish and chemical products, in food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers and chemical sectors.

This version features side bulkhead, closing and perimeter monitoring, it can be isolated during operation, providing more safety to the operator.

It has a capacity of 1.200 kg, control through console attached to a base with electronic pressure selector for open/close plate and left/right load inversion. The closing and monitoring are carried out through a light curtain, and the automatic operation occurs through operational logic through PLC.
