Description and Application

Seeking to optimize the assembly process of tires on tractors, Saur Equipamentos S.A. developed an intelligent system for this purpose. The system is comprised of a structure with two devices equipped with a clamp, operated individually. The clamps, in turn, are able to make vertical, horizontal and rotation movements simultaneously, all controlled via remote control, resulting in easy and accurate assembly, thereby allowing for simultaneous assembly of tires on both sides of the tractor, doubling efficiency and speed on the assembly line.
