Description and Application

The Internal Booths SAUR are a synonym of excellence in dust collection during truck unloading. This device is indicated for Unloading Platforms and hoppers sheltered under conventional, new or existing coverings, at grain storage companies in general. The Internal Booth is a definitive solution for dust collection at receiving hoppers with and without Unloading Platforms (Truck Dumpers), adequating the sector to the environmental and labor demands. The Internal Booths have an integrated system of hopper + Unloading Platform + Dust Collection, and can be installed on Truck Dumpers of all lengths (8 to 30m). This equipment does not reduce the static capacity of the hoppers and preserves the performance features of the Unloading Platforms. The Internal Booths for Dust Collection enable a clean and healthy environment, because it eliminates the dust generated at the unloading process. Adequate to the environmental demands, the Internal Booth for Dust Collection holds a system with user-friendly and smart operation controlled by motion sensors.

Specifications

  • Enclosure Booth divided in two parts: one part placed onto the hopper and the other mobile part attached to the unloading platform, interconnected by a ribbed flexible coupling.
    An automatic door is installed at the inlet of the booth, which, when closed, prevents the action of air currents inside this environment. At the outlet, a flexible curtain is installed with the purpose of restricting the passage of air and, consequently, reducing the need of flow at the system. 
  • Precisely dimensioned suction system:
    Made up of hoods, ducts, bag filters and fan interconnected to the booth. It is submitted to a negative pressure in such a way that the whole resulting opening becomes an air inlet. If there is no air outlet there is no particulate emission into the environment. - For dust containment at the lower part of the truck dumper, it has closing made with metallic floor and structured scoop. It has a filter system Pulse-Jet off-line, which allies performance, energy saving and lower implementation and maintenance costs. - The finishing may be galvanized or painted, explosion relief cover, totally in compliance with the applicable standards of NR12.

    - Model for b-train trucks and road train trucks with articulated cover.
    - Model for side and rear dumping b-train trucks.
    - Lengths vary from 5 to 23 meters.

    - Models appropriate according to the client's hopper.
